Crane Service Manager Location: TeessideThe Opportunity Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of an experienced Crane Service Manager to lead their Service Engineering Division based in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering or service professional to take ownership of a busy service operation within the crane, lifting equipment and industrial engineering sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of the service division, managing and coordinating engineers, overseeing maintenance and breakdown activities, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring the highest standards of safety, service delivery and commercial performance. This is a varied leadership position ideally suited to someone who combines strong engineering knowledge with excellent organisational, commercial and people-management skills. The Role As Crane Service Manager, you will: Lead, plan and coordinate the daily activities of the Service Engineering Division. Manage engineer workloads, schedules and resources to ensure efficient service delivery. Coordinate planned maintenance, inspections, repairs and servicing of cranes and lifting equipment. Ensure customer breakdowns and emergency call-outs are managed quickly and effectively. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
