This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of service operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, engineering excellence, safety, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing service engineers, coordinating maintenance activities, responding to customer breakdowns, controlling costs, and driving operational efficiency across the division. Most of the works is on factory cranes and overhead cranes, however they do work on dock and harbrour cranes, as well as vessel cranes ranging from 1tonne to 3000tonne. Candidates will be favoured who show an interest/experience working with AI, have a willingness to grow, managing multi-site workers and planning and scheduling works.
