This role would suit someone with a background in cranes, heavy plant, piling equipment, foundation equipment, mobile machinery, hydraulics, diesel equipment or large mechanical systems. You do not need to have worked on one exact machine type. The key requirement is strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding ability, a good attitude and experience working safely around heavy equipment. All applicants must have a minimum of NVQ level 3 or be time served apprentices as part of insurance requirements.
