you’ll be the guardian of quality at our cpu - making sure every ingredient, every process, and every product meets wagamama’s high standards. from food safety to supplier checks, you’ll help us deliver nourishment that’s not just delicious, but safe, consistent + full of soulWhat you’ll be doing
lead our quality management system + make sure we’re always audit-readydefine product + process specs, and challenge the status quo when neededsupport new product development (npd) with your food tech know-howmaintain third-party accreditations (hello, brc grade a!)manage non-conformances + drive continuous improvementmonitor customer feedback + complaints - and turn insights into actionbe our go-to expert on food safety, legislation + quality assuranceaudit, inspect + keep our systems sharpensure all suppliers are up to scratch + fully certifiedspot risks in the supply chain before they become problemschampion best practice + help us grow stronger every dayWhat we’re looking for
proven experience in a food technical or quality assurance role
(this is a must!)food-related degree or equivalent hands-on experienceinternal auditor + haccp qualifiedstrong knowledge of food legislation + industry standardsconfident communicator + team playerexperience managing people + processesfull uk driving licenceyou must be comfortable commuting to our cpu in east acton, londonwhat’s in it for you
