CPO Lead London Borough of Barnet 6-Month Contract £104 per hour (Inside IR35) 28 Hours per Week 1-2 Days Per Week On-SiteThe Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CPO Lead to support the delivery of one of London''s largest and most ambitious regeneration programmes.Working as part of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme, you will provide strategic oversight, assurance and coordination across a range of land and property workstreams. A key focus of the role will be managing Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) matters, including outstanding compensation claims, legal processes and potential references to the Upper Tribunal.The successful candidate will act as the council''s lead on land and property matters across the programme, working closely with legal advisors, external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all CPO-related workstreams across the regeneration programme.Manage outstanding compensation claims and support potential Upper Tribunal proceedings.Provide assurance and oversight on land and property matters associated with programme delivery.Commission, manage and coordinate external property, legal and valuation consultants.Support a range of property transactions, including: Land disposalsInfrastructure leasesLicences and land agreementsOther property and regeneration-related transactions Act as the client lead for specialist commercial and property ..... full job details .....
