The role will include you working with a caseload of clients - you will be required to assess, care plan and deliver treatment to a caseload of service users (and family members) who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions. This includes risk assessment/management to protect the service user, family, friends and wider public. In addition to Care Co-ordination, the role includes that of participating in the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota alongside supporting timely discharges from inpatient services and transfers of care. The post is initially a 3 month contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 37.5h a week Hours: Full Time- 9am to 5pm Days: Monday - Friday Contract: 3 Months (+ongoing) Salary: 25.00 to 26.00 per hour.
