Reporting directly-to the Innovation Director, the CPD Co-ordinator will be responsible for Utilising the current company CRM to book new CPD consultations with Architects in the London area.- This process will involve making calls, sending emails and organising a robust follow-up system. Organise appointments and manage a diary system between architects and relevant Copperstone team members. Order lunch and drinks for meetings in advance. Record new client details in-a newsletter Issue CPD Certificates and follow-up-notes Post content to LinkedIn-and Social Media.
