Reporting directly to the Innovation Director, the CPD Co-ordinator will be responsible for Utilising the current company CRM to book new CPD consultations with Architects in the London area. This process will involve making calls, sending emails and organising a robust follow-up system. Organise appointments and manage a diary system between architects and relevant Copperstone team members. Order lunch and drinks for meetings in advance. Record new client details in a newsletter Issue CPD Certificates and follow-up notes Post content to LinkedIn and Social Media.
