CPCS/NPORS Plant and Vehicle Marshall

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Plant and Vehicle Marshall for a long-term position in Oxford, OX4, starting Monday 12th October.Location: Oxford, OX4Rate: NegotiableStart Date: Monday 12th OctoberDuration: Long-termRole and ResponsibilitiesSafely control and coordinate the movement of plant and vehicles around site.Marshall excavators, dumpers, delivery vehicles and other mobile plant.Guide vehicles and plant into designated working and unloading areas.Maintain safe exclusion zones around moving plant and machinery.Ensure pedestrian and vehicle routes are kept clear and safely managed.Communicate clearly with plant operators, drivers and site management.Assist with the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements.Carry out visual checks of designated access and working areas.Follow RAMS, site rules and rail safety procedures at all times.Report hazards, unsafe practices or potential conflicts immediately to the Site Supervisor.Assist with general site duties where required.RequirementsValid Plant and Vehicle Marshall competency/ticketValid CSCSPrevious experience working as a Plant and Vehicle MarshallPrevious rail/civils experience preferredGood communication and awareness of plant movementsStrong understanding of site health and safetyReliable and able to work effectively as part of a teamAbout UsTeamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil Engineering and Construction industries across the UK.We pride ..... full job details .....
