CPCS/NPORS Lift Supervisor

Teamforce Labour is actively seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for an immediate start in Fleetwood, Lancashire (FY7).This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK''s leading Civil Engineering contractors, working on a major infrastructure project. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious candidates with proven experience supervising lifting operations in a high-risk construction environment.Working Hours12-hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:00Shift pattern work requiredWeekend work availableRequirements to be considered for this role, you must have:Blue CPCS A62 Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor card or NPORS Lift Supervisor (essential)A minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar Lift Supervisor roleAn up-to-date CVTwo recent work referencesStrong understanding of lifting plans, safe systems of work, and current lifting regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsSafety Critical Medical is preferred but not essentialKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all lifting operations on siteEnsure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the approved lifting planLiaise with crane operators, slinger/signallers, appointed persons, and site managementConduct pre-lift briefings and ensure all personnel understand the lifting operationMonitor compliance with site health and safety procedures and lifting regulationsReport any unsafe conditions or incidents promptlyMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity ..... full job details .....
