The successful candidate will be working alongside a 60-tonne crawler crane, supporting lifting operations across a major heavy civils project involving deep excavations, sheet piling, cofferdam works, concrete and drainage. Duties will include: Slinging and signalling loads during lifting operations Working closely with the 60T crawler crane operator Selecting and checking appropriate lifting accessories Ensuring loads are correctly secured before lifting Directing and controlling lifting operations safely Working around deep excavations and heavy plant Supporting lifting activities associated with sheet piling, cofferdam and concrete works Maintaining safe exclusion zones during lifting operations Working within a live Heathrow airside environment Following lift plans, RAMS, permits and site safety pro...
