We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Reading, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently
• Transporting materials, equipment, and personnel between site levels
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
• Ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinating with site management and trades to maintain smooth operations
• Adhering to all site health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card
• Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Full PPE required
