Due to increased operational demand, we are recruiting for a CPC Peak Support Manager to join the Central Postal Control (CPC) team based in London. The role The CPC team provides a leadership response to actual or potential threats to Royal Mail Group operations on a 24/7/365 basis, prioritising the safety and security of people and ensuring the continued movement of mail across the network. As a CPC Peak Support Manager, you will focus on operational incidents, vehicle breakdowns, network disruptions and capacity management, ensuring operational continuity through effective decision making, communication and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, respond to issues in real time and coordinate solutions across multiple operational teams.
