About the Role:
We are seeking qualified and professional Primary Cover Teachers to provide day-to-day supply cover in a variety of well-managed primary schools across Hemel Hempstead. This role involves teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
This is a great opportunity for teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who want the flexibility to work across different year groups and schools without a long-term commitment. Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting pupils'' learning and progress throughout the school day
Providing feedback to school staff on pupil performance and behaviour
Adapting quickly to different school environments and teaching approaches
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Confident classroom management and behaviour skills
Flexibility, professionalism, and reliability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS clearance on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
