As a Cover Teacher, you will supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task while maintaining a positive learning environment. The Role As a Cover Teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the classroom teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning. Support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs. Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
