To support you on your journey we will provide:


- CPD to prepare you for teacher training

- Work within a wide range of schools and environments to test your skills

- Long-term placements within Secondary Schools.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be planning a career in teaching.

- Educated to degree level - 2.1 or above

- Be committed to our ethos of high expectations and no excuses.

- Have the belief that every student can be successful.

- Have the desire to make a real difference to the lives of our students.

- Have outstanding attendance and a can-do attitude.
