COVER TEACHER

Location: Strood, Medway
Work: Flexible / As Required
Setting: Primary School - KS1 & KS2

We are looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Teacher to support a primary school in Strood on an as-and-when-needed basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and can confidently step into a classroom, deliver lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Experience working within a primary school setting

• QTS or relevant teaching qualifications

• Confidence working across KS1 and KS2

• A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum

• The ability to follow lesson plans and deliver engaging learning

• Excellent classroom management skills

• A confident, flexible and adaptable approach

• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Driving is preferred

• A valid enhanced DBS is required

• Candidates must either have a suitable DBS already in place or be willing to apply for a new enhanced DBS

• References and safeguarding checks will be completed as part of the recruitment process
