The Role: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure pupils remain on task. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation. Follow school policies and work closely with teaching and support staff. We''re Looking For: Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable).
