We offer a variety of placements including day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and longer-term roles within our partnership schools.The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with the work that has been set. You''ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students'' progress.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across a range of subjectsManage classroom behaviour in line with school policiesEnsure a calm, productive, and respectful learning environmentProvide support and guidance to students where neededReport back to teaching staff on student engagement and any issuesAdapt confidently to different schools and classroom settingsRequirements:Experience working with young people (e.g. education, coaching, youth work, or similar)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage classroom ..... full job details .....
