This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving school community.The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you ll: Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.Manage behaviour in line with the school s policies.Support students with their learning and development as needed. What We re Looking For Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).Strong communication and classroom management skills.Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.A genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.
