Support students with diverse SEN needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere. Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to uphold high standards of care and education.What Were Looking For Strong behaviour management skills and resilience. Experience working with SEN students or in an Alternative Provision (preferred but not essential). Ability to build positive relationships and motivate learners.
