Are you looking to work as a teacher without the QTS? TeacherActive are looking for a strong, flexible, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor for our secondary schools across the Rotherham area. All of the work is set by class teachers, and you will be required to follow the lesson plans and ensure behaviour and lesson disruption is at a minimum. A Cover Supervisor needs strong communication and classroom-management skills, along with confidence and an outgoing approach. They should have experience in an educational setting and be able to step in and cover a range of subjects as needed. Most importantly, they should have a genuine passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact.You will be able to work full-time or part-time with roles ranging from daily bookings to long-term assignments.
