The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment. Support students with their learning and engagement during lessons. Work across various schools, gaining diverse experience in different settings. Enjoy the flexibility of day-to-day supply work tailored to your availability. Cover Supervisor Requirements We are looking for individuals who are/have: Confident in managing classrooms and engaging with students. Adaptable, reliable, and ready to work in different school environments. Experienced in working with young people (previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential). Resilient, patient, and enthusiastic about education.
