The school provides education to secondary-aged pupils across a range of year groups and is seeking a confident and adaptable individual to support within the classroom.The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a temporary basis, starting ASAP and currently running until Christmas. The successful Cover Supervisor will provide general cover across different subjects and secondary year groups, supervising pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.The successful Cover Supervisor will have:• Experience working with secondary-aged students in an educational setting• Experience supervising classes or supporting learning across KS3 and KS4• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills• Strong communication and organisational skills• The confidence to deliver pre-planned work across a range of subjects• A flexible, reliable and positive approachIn return for the above you can expect to ..... full job details .....
