Cover Supervisor - Secondary School (Huyton)Full-Time Via Tradewind RecruitmentTradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Huyton to recruit experienced Cover Supervisors for a full and part-time roles.This role is ideal for a confident and resilient professional with strong behaviour management skills and proven experience working within a secondary school environment.The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff, maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring high standards of behaviour and engagement.Key responsibilities include:Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-set workManaging classroom behaviour effectively and consistentlyEnsuring students remain on task and engaged in learningFollowing school behaviour policies and reporting incidents accuratelyProviding feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviourSupporting the wider school team as requiredThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Cover Supervisor or working in a secondary school (essential)Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain control of the classroomConfident, calm and professional approachAbility to build positive relationships with students and staffReliable, flexible and committed to full-time workWhat the School OffersA supportive leadership team and clear behaviour policiesA full-time, long-term opportunityCompetitive daily ..... full job details .....
