This role is an excellent opportunity to step into the school environment, support students and staff, and build practical skills in education.Role Summary:As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing classrooms when regular teachers are absent. Using prepared lesson plans and resources, you will ensure students stay focused, engaged, and complete their assigned work throughout the day.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and managing student behaviour across various subjects (KS3 and KS4)Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students complete tasks as expectedMaintaining a calm and structured classroom environment that promotes positive behaviourReporting any concerns, progress, or incidents to senior staff promptlySupporting wider school routines, such as breaktime supervision and corridor monitoringBeing a reliable and consistent presence within the school communityAbout You:Experience working with young people in any ..... full job details .....
