The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
* Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons



What You''ll Need:

* Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong classroom management skills
* Confidence leading a classroom independently
* A proactive and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable secondary school experience.
