Cover Supervisor Wellingborough Full-Time September 2026 Start Up to £130 per day (PAYE)We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Wellingborough from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in the classroom.Whether you''re an experienced Cover Supervisor, a Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step, or an aspiring teacher seeking valuable classroom experience, we''d love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 when teachers are absent.Create a positive and engaging learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school''s policies.Support pupils to stay focused and complete their learning activities.Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and lesson outcomes.The Ideal CandidateExperience working with primary-aged children in a school or similar setting.Confident leading a class independently.Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.A positive, flexible and proactive attitude.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.What We OfferUp to £130 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella companies.Full-time role for the 2026/27 academic year.September 2026 start.Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.A ..... full job details .....
