This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain school-based experience or those considering a future in teaching.This flexible role involves supervising lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of teaching staffManage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environmentProvide support to students where needed and answer general questions about the lesson contentEnsure students stay on task and complete the work setReport back to teaching staff regarding progress and behaviourThe ideal candidate will have:Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential)Strong communication and behaviour management skillsConfidence, initiative, and the ability to think on your feetA genuine interest in education and supporting student ..... full job details .....
