The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining continuity of learning across different classes and subjects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Taking responsibility for classes across a variety of subjects and year groups.Delivering work and instructions provided by the class teacher.Setting clear expectations around behaviour, effort and conduct.Managing classroom behaviour calmly and consistently.Encouraging pupils to remain focused and complete the work provided.Providing appropriate guidance where pupils need clarification.Monitoring progress and highlighting any concerns to relevant staff.Providing feedback following lessons where required.Creating a classroom environment that is orderly, respectful and focused on learning.
