      <description>Location: Oldham | Salary: &amp;pound;105 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Temporary | Cover Supervisor    Location:  Oldham  Contract:  Flexible   Start Date:  ASAP  A busy secondary school is looking for a reliable and confident  Cover Supervisor  to supervise classes during teacher absence. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a productive learning environment.  You do not need to be a qualified teacher, but previous experience in a school or with young people is highly desirable. You will be expected to follow lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task.   Requirements:     Experience working with young people in a school setting.    Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management skills.    Ability to deliver pre-prepared work and maintain focus.    Strong organisational and communication skills.    Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one.     Key responsibilities:     Deliver pre-prepared work to classes.    Maintain classroom control and focus.    Support students to complete assigned tasks.    Report back on lesson progress and behaviour.
