This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a productive learning environment. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, but previous experience in a school or with young people is highly desirable. You will be expected to follow lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task. Requirements: Experience working with young people in a school setting. Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management skills. Ability to deliver pre-prepared work and maintain focus. Strong organisational and communication skills.
