This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced youth workers looking for classroom experience without the responsibility of planning and marking. By joining our bank, you will have the unique opportunity to work across the following highly-regarded secondary schools: The Roundhill Academy (Anstey) Wreake Valley Academy (Syston) What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people is essential (e.g., in schools, coaching, youth clubs, or camp leadership). Skills: Excellent communication skills, confidence standing in front of a class, and strong behavior management. Role Expectations: You will be responsible for overseeing pre-set work left by the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task in a safe and supportive learning environment.
