As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are absent. Your day could include: Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and focused in the absence of their regular teacher. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and supporting students to complete their work effectively. Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently, in line with school policies. Providing guidance and support to students throughout lessons, helping them stay on track with their learning. Creating a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive.
