We also have excellent opportunities for day to day supply work.Key Responsibilities: Supervise Classes: Oversee lessons across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4). Deliver Pre Prepared Work: Ensure students stay on task and complete the work left by their classroom teacher. Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Feedback: Report back to teaching staff on student progress, engagement, and any behavioural incidents. Requirements: Experience working with young people is highly desirable (e.g., in a school, coaching, youth work, or similar capacity).
