We welcome individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including experienced teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, or anyone eager to expand their teaching skills.Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task and complete assigned work.Maintain classroom behaviour and create a positive, respectful learning environment.Support students with any questions or difficulties they may have while working on the lesson materials.Report any concerns or issues back to relevant staff, ensuring effective communication with the teaching team.Foster an inclusive, engaging, and safe classroom environment for all students. What We re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with students, staff, and colleagues.Behaviour ..... full job details .....
