Key Responsibilities Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher.Ensure students complete set work and remain on task.Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.Support students with their work and provide guidance where needed.Report any concerns or issues to appropriate staff members.Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.Assist with general classroom activities as required. Requirements Experience: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.Enhanced DBS: Must be on the Update Service (or willing to apply).Skills: Strong communication and behaviour management skills.Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different classrooms.Attitude: Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting students.
