Secondary School-Cover Supervisor role requirements:-

• Previous-experience working with young people (school-based desirable)

• Confident managing a classroom independently

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and adaptable approach

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists

A successful-Secondary School-Cover Supervisor will:-

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Ensure pupils-remain-engaged and on task

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour

• Support a positive and structured learning environment

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
