This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value flexibility and want to work around existing commitments.The Role: Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacherManage classrooms of approximately 30 students independentlyMaintain strong behaviour management and ensure a positive learning environmentProvide clear instructions and support students with their learningCommunicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leadership Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience working in secondary schoolsProven classroom and behaviour management skillsConfidence to lead a class independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptable, reliable, and professional A strong subject specialism is highly desirable and will be considered a bonus.What We Offer: Competitive daily rate of £90 £130 (dependent on experience and qualifications)Flexible working choose the days that suit youNo minimum commitment requiredWeekly payPAYE ..... full job details .....
