These schools are committed to creating engaging learning environments where students are encouraged to develop both academically and personally.The schools are looking to take on reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors who can confidently support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.The successful Cover Supervisor KS3/KS4 will have:Experience working with young people in an educational or similar settingStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesThe ability to confidently deliver pre-set lesson plansA proactive and adaptable attitudeA can-do approach with the willingness to get stuck inIn return for the above you can expect to receive:A dedicated team of consultants ..... full job details .....
