Cover Supervisor Progression Opportunity for Experienced LSAs and HLTAs Bath and North East Somerset£110 £130 per dayFull-time and Part-time Flexible Supply Immediate StartAre you an experienced LSA or HLTA who is ready to take the next step?Do you feel confident managing groups of secondary-aged students and want to develop your classroom skills further?Would you like to progress into Cover Supervisor work, with training and ongoing support to help you get there?TeacherActive is looking for experienced LSAs and HLTAs across Bath and North East Somerset who are keen to upskill and progress into Cover Supervisor roles within secondary schools.This is a great opportunity for support staff who already understand the school environment, behaviour management and how to engage young people, but are now ready to take on more responsibility in the classroom.As a Cover Supervisor, you ll supervise classes of students aged , deliver work already prepared by the teacher, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged and productive.You don t need to be a qualified teacher.A degree-level qualification would be preferred, but it is not essential.
