The setting provides education for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs who may display very challenging behaviour.The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, short-term basis from September to provide fixed-term maternity leave cover. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher, deliver pre-planned work and confidently manage challenging behaviour while maintaining clear boundaries and a positive learning environment.The successful Cover Supervisor will have: Experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEMH or SEND setting Experience supporting young people who display challenging behaviour Strong behaviour and classroom management skills A confident and assertive approach The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations A positive and adaptable attitude In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy ..... full job details .....
