Cover Supervisor

Job Title: Cover SupervisorLocation: Tonbridge TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEN school based in Tonbridge, supporting primary-aged children with a range of additional learning needs. The school provides a specialist learning environment where pupils receive support tailored to their individual needs, helping them develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.The school is looking to appoint an experienced Cover Supervisor on a full-time, long-term basis, starting after October half term. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for leading pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, supporting pupils with a mixture of additional needs and ensuring a safe, structured and positive learning environment for all children.The successful Cover Supervisor will have: Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a primary school or SEN setting Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs / SEN Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons and leading classroom activities A good understanding of safeguarding and maintaining a safe learning environment A patient, adaptable and proactive approach to supporting children''s learning and development In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process CPD courses and certificates as part of the ..... full job details .....
