The schools offer supportive environments where maintaining high expectations for behaviour, engagement and learning is a key priority. The Cover Supervisor role is available on a flexible supply basis, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects to students aged 11-16, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and adapt their approach to different classes while ensuring students remain focused and productive. The successful Cover Supervisor will have: • Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects • Excellent communication and organisational skills • The ability to adapt quickly to different classes, subjects and school environments • A calm, reliable and proactive approach ...
