As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students aged 11 to 16 remain motivated, engaged and on task throughout the school day. A good general knowledge of the secondary curriculum and the confidence to adapt to different subject areas will help you succeed in this rewarding role.
