These schools are committed to providing positive learning environments and maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil progress. We are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for a variety of day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities, with the potential for permanent positions for the right candidates. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise whole classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged with their learning. The successful Cover Supervisor will have: • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting • Confidence managing classes of secondary-aged pupils across KS3 and KS4 • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions • A proactive, reliable and flexible approach with a commitment to safeguarding In return for the above you can expect to receive: • A ..... full job details .....
