As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Keep students focused, engaged and on task
• Follow school policies and procedures confidently
• Gain valuable experience across local secondary settings

• Experience working with young people in any capacity
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Confidence managing groups of students independently
• A flexible, adaptable and professional approach
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
