You''ll take responsibility for classes of students aged when their usual teacher is unavailable.The lesson has already been planned for you your job is to take the lead in the classroom, explain the work, keep students engaged, manage behaviour effectively and make sure learning continues.One day you could be covering English, the next History, Science or Geography.
