The setting provides education for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs who may display very challenging behaviour. The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, short-term basis from September to provide fixed-term maternity leave cover. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher, deliver pre-planned work and confidently manage challenging behaviour while maintaining clear boundaries and a positive learning environment.
