We are looking to recruit confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors who can maintain high standards in the classroom while ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning.The schools are looking to appoint reliable Cover Supervisors on a day-to-day, long-term, and permanent basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set work across a variety of subjects, using your strong classroom management skills and broad subject knowledge to maintain a positive learning environment and ensure lessons run smoothly in the teacher''s absence.The successful Cover Supervisor will have:• CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or a minimum of 6 months'' experience working with secondary-aged students• Confidence managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+• Excellent behaviour management and the ability to keep students engaged throughout lessons• Good subject knowledge across the secondary curriculum and confidence delivering pre-planned work• Flexibility to work across different departments and year groups• Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
