Cover Supervisor

These schools all have strong local reputations for delivering high-quality education and provide supportive environments where staff are valued and encouraged to make a positive impact.The schools are looking to appoint a full-time Cover Supervisor on a daily supply basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, encourage student engagement and quickly build positive relationships with pupils across a variety of subjects. A subject specialism supported by a bachelor s degree would be advantageous but is not essential.The successful Cover Supervisor will have: Previous experience working with young people in an education or youth work settingExperience supporting students within a classroom environmentExcellent classroom management and behaviour management skillsConfidence leading classes using pre-set lesson plansStrong communication skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with studentsA bachelor s ..... full job details .....
